Anchorage systems for ventilated facades
The anchoring system Series H is totally made of aluminium EN AW 6060 T6. This anchoring system is the best solution for ventilated façade in thin panels with small dimensions.
The panels are fixed by means of an aluminium clip. The fixing clip could be visible from outside with panel having a thickness of less than 10mm.
With panel having a thickness higher than 10 mm it is possible to make the fixing along the sides of the cladding. In order to do that it is necessary to make a groove on the upper and lower sides of the panel. In this way the fixing is invisible.
The load bearing brackets type L are available in different dimensions according to the insulation thickness and the air gap between the cladding and the wall.
The vertical mullions are available in two different colours: natural grey or black anodized.
The anchoring system is composed of vertical profile type T or L in aluminium EN AX 6060 T6, cut in bars of exact length according to the project requirements. The vertical groove along the vertical profile allows the front connection of the cladding plate in aluminium EN AW 6060 T6 and the fast correction of the level and alignment.
The vertical profiles are fixed to the wall at a certain distance each other (normally in the middle of the vertical joint of the cladding) by means of special bracket plate L shape. The bracket dimension is calculated according to the load and the shape is studied to reduce the thermal bridge. The load brackets are fixed to the structure in concrete by means anchors (mechanical or chemical) and allows an adjustment of ±20 mm of the vertical alignment. The vertical profile is also fixed along the wall by means of intermediate bracket L shape and anchors according to the wall material. The cladding clip are fixed to the vertical profile by means of self-drilling screw stainless steel A2. The fixing clip could be visible (for tile thicknesses from 5 to 9 mm) or invisible (for tile thicknesses from 10 to 20 mm). The second case requires a cut, the so-called, “kerf” on the base and on the top of the cladding.
