Support for accelerating the digital transformation process of SME business models.

GL LOCATELLI has been awarded funding from the Lombardy Region under the initiative “Support for accelerating the digital transformation of SME business models”, as part of the Regional Programme ERDF 2021–2027.

We are proud of this achievement and of the progress already made thanks to our collaboration with SB Italia, now HAVANT, our technology partner supporting us throughout this innovation journey through the implementation of the new Panthera ERP system.

This digital transformation project is focused on the adoption of Panthera ERP, with the goal of building an integrated technological infrastructure capable of supporting the company’s growth, improving operational efficiency, and enabling greater process automation. The new system will provide a complete and coordinated management of business activities — from design and production to logistics and administration — with a strong focus on data centralization and sharing.

The initiative also includes the implementation of an advanced CRM solution, aimed at strengthening customer relationship management and streamlining sales activities, as well as a significant investment in staff training — a key element to ensure the success of the overall digital transformation.

The digital transformation project involves a total investment of €152,089.80, supported by a granted contribution of €76,044.90.
